Currently the TUA runs 4 social leagues each year:
- Spring - outdoor, 2 divisions (beginner, intermediate)
- Summer - outdoor, 2 divisions (beginner, intermediate)
- Autumn - indoor, 2 divisions (beginner, intermediate)
- Winter - indoor, 2 divisions (beginner, intermediate)
The TUA also runs 1 competitive league for high level play:
- Advanced League - outdoor, 1 division
